I am a consultant and designer focusing on the digital transformation of companies and organizations. For more than 25 years I have been advising clients, leading people, coaching teams and designing and developing digital products and solutions.
For 8 years I have been focusing on the German public healthcare sector in its transformation by taking a human-centered and design-oriented approach. The methods I advocate are Value Driven Transformation, Agile, Service Design and Human Centered Design. I am also a certified SAFe® Practise Consultant and give lectures for MBA students on the topic of digital change.
